Razorlight line-up to replace an "ending the relationship"
Wimbledon Championship
Now frontman Freddie Stitz, Gus Robertson and David 'Skully' Sullivan Kaplan Bjorn Agren and Carl Dalemo departure of drummer Andy Burrows acrimoniously soon after joined the band is following up and the Singer insists that any bad feeling with his old bandmates for their musical bond had "run its course".
He said: "I've got nothing bad to say about anyone I make music with. All that happened was we were trying to make a record, it wasn't really working, and I thought, 'I could sit here and work out, make a plan of what I could do. Or I could just do something.'
"So I rented a studio and sat down and said, 'Look, I've met some other people.' A band breaking up is like a relationship ending – you know it's right to move on but that doesn't mean it's not painful.
"Absolutely everything that was going on, I was sitting down and talking to Bjorn and Carl all the time. But in terms of us making music together it had just run its course."
Despite the line-up change, Johnny believes that the band is now closer than ever is the original.
He told NME magazine: "It weirdly feels closer to when Razorlight started than anything felt over the last seven years, because there's an honesty and an energy there.
"It's not precious. And at points Razorlight were quite precious, it was like, 'If we're not headlining the festival, we're not doing it.' And that wasn't coming from me."

Razorlight cover - Wire to wire
Razorlight cover - Wire to wire - Lyrics
What is love but the strangest of feelings?
A sin you swallow for the rest of your life?
You`ve been looking for someone to believe in
To love you, until your eyes run dry
She lives on disillusion road
We go where the wild blood flows
On our bodies we share the same scar
Love me, wherever you are
How do you love with fate full of rust?
How do you turn what the savage take?
You`ve been looking for someone you can trust
Who will love you, again and again
How do you love in a house without feelings?
How do you turn what that savage take?
I`ve been looking for someone to believe in
Love me, again and again
She lives by disillusions close
We go where the wild blood flows
On our bodies, we share the same scar
How do you love on a night without feelings?
She says "love, i hear sound, i see fury"
She says "love`s not a hostile condition"
Love me, wherever you are
Love me, wherever you are
Love me, wherever you are
Wherever you are

Razorlight "Before I Fall To Pieces" @ Flèche d'Or (Paris)
Razorlight - Before I Fall To Pieces - Lyrics
Oh one more drink and then I'll go
But there's one more thing I've got to know
Does he take you places that I don't?
What happened to the story that we wrote?
You just say you don't know, you don't know
Oh no you don't know, you don't know
Woo
Oh let's just get this whole thing straight
I don't wanna kidnap the truth and negotiate
Or miss the point that they met you
Just wanna hear you say something that you believe to be true
You say you don't know, you don't know
You just say you don't know, you don't know
What it feels like
What it feels like
And so I'll go before I fall to pieces
Yes I'll go before I fall to pieces
Now I'm just waiting for something that might never come
If it's a million to one shot I'll make sure I won
Seems that nothing is safe, except the truth turns to lies
Never figured it out, I figured out why
So I'll go, yes I'll go
Yes I'll go, yes I'll go
Oh baby I'll go, oh yes I'll go
Yes I'll go, oh yes I'll go
Before I fall to pieces
Before I fall to pieces
Yes I'll go before I fall to pieces
Yes I'll go before I fall to pieces
Ohhhhhhh Ohhh Ohhh
