Razorlight Charity Christmas Card

Grazia Daily with Rozarlight member Johnny Borrell, she gad very glad with his hanging out at the British Fashion Awards kindly this month.

Borrell told, "The British Fashion Awards had all been a bit confusing. He'd been invited along to present an award to his BFF Patrick Grant, the ridiculously handsome designer of menswear label E. Tautz (Borrell is a big fan of their tailoring) who was winning the Menswear Designer of the Year. But at the last minute there was a switch, and suddenly the musician found himself presenting an award to Lara instead. This didn't stop Borrell joking around with the photographers backstage when Grant eventually came out with his award, even borrowing a paparazzi's camera and yelling at Grant to look "over here" with the rest of the photographers. Well, maybe you had to be there..."

Borrell's fans said: "Borrell was already somewhat on our minds when we received this brilliant Christmas e-card from the lovely people at Burberry, starring the man himself. It's an interactive card featuring a festive performance of "Can't Complain About Christmas" courtesy of the luxury brand's in-house music label, Burberry Acoustic".

A donation will be amke to the Burberry Foundation which every time any folk are email this card, this charity consecrate to helping young folk realise their dreams and potential throught the power of their creativity.

The power-brand's excellent chief creative direction Christopher, who designed the Burberry Christmas card which can be preview on the iPhone and iPad, emailed and shared via Facebook and Twitter - and you can even add your very own personalised Christmas greeting.

Thrust In The Teenage Cancer Trust to Royalty, Rockers And Stars



The Polo Jeans Co.’s Art Stars exhibition, he arranged famous artists to celebrate and gain raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.


Johnny Borrell front man's Razorlight to performed a celebrity packed crowd, in adding Princess Beatrice, X-Factor’s Brian Friedman and top models such as Edie Campbell. As their inspiration using the iconic Stars and Stripes flag.


After the function 40 Europe folk very exciting to see the young artists created a piece of art in the form of a three dimensional star.


In the evening the unique designs were vend with all money embossed going to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Rev up the crowd Rozarlight


At Sandown Park Racecourse Razorlight opened last week’s concert with their hit song Back to the Start, getting the sun soaked crowd all revved up for what was a fantastic concert from the UK rock’n’roll band from London.
Johnny Borrell and his band members Skully, Carl and Bjorn entertained the crowd with a lively performance of hit songs from their albums Slip Way Fires and Up all Night including In the Morning, Wire to Wire and Golden Touch.
The highlight of the evening was a packed crowd dancing around to the iconic ‘America’.
For The Children's Trust the evening also helped raise funds, a national charity based in Surrey which provides care for some of the UK’s most severely disabled children.
Six of the children recently at the Trust were lucky enough to meet the band themselves. Zoe Savage, head of events at The Children’s Trust said: ”We are thrilled with the success of the evening and would like to say a special thank you to the sponsor, Devine Homes and everyone involved in the evening”
At Sandown Park the final summer live music night, performing live after racing on Thursday, August 5 will be the Irish pop sensation Westlife.
The band, who are recently on a UK summer tour called The Where we are Tour, will be performing classic songs such as Flying without wings, Uptown Girl as well as new numbers from their latest album .

Ex-Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows' new band set for London residency



The new band formed by former Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows have announced details of a London venue residency.I Am Arrows will play the Old Blue Last venue in Shoreditch on May 17, June 8 and July 8. They will also play an acoustic set at the Rough Trade East store in Brick Lane in the UK capital on Record Store Day (April 17).They have made a new song, 'Nun', available to listen to at their official website, Iamarrows.com.

Andy Burrows quits Razorlight


The drummer – the band's second after original sticksman Christian Smith-Pancorvo departed just before the release of the band's 2004 debut album – will leave the group with immediate effect.

Suspicions about Burrows' future with the band were raised when he did not appear at Razorlight's gig in Wolverhampton on March 2 and was replaced by David "Skully" Sullivan-Kaplan.

Frontman Borrell, meanwhile, said he would "miss" the drummer, but was adamant Razorlight will continue.

With a stellar line up firmly in place, Xfm is proud to announce its Christmas show Winter Wonderland is back with a bang for its sixth consecutive year.Razorlight, The Temper Trap and The Big Pink will all play the gig, taking place at O2 Academy Brixton on Wednesday 16 December 2009.

The night’s full line up includes Brit band Razorlight, who topped the charts in 2002 with their hit America.
